Another Ales Review
Guinness Foreign Extra
The Guinness Foreign Extra is one of the darkest ales I have ever had. It has a good head on it and a rich, sweet, malty flavor to it. It also lays heavy on the tongue when drunk.
Guinness Extra Stout
This ale is similar to the Foreign Extra, but is has a lighter taste with a bit less bitterness. While it is different, it is equally enjoyable to drink with it's roasted, malty flavor
Guinness Draught
The head on this one lasted longer than the other two, being more solid after the pour. It's taste is lighter than the others and has a rich, roasted flavor to it. The difference in the heaviness of these makes them a good drink for different circumstances and easy to choose which one is appropriate.
